Terms of Service

Effective June 2, 2026

These terms govern your use of the WildFront Expeditions website and any expedition you book with us. By using this site or booking a trip, you agree to them.

Inquiries and bookings

Submitting the inquiry form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A trip is confirmed only once we have agreed dates, issued an invoice, and received the stated deposit. Prices and availability are subject to change until confirmed in writing.

Risk and fitness

  • Our expeditions take place in remote, mountainous, and maritime environments that carry inherent risks. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.
  • You must accurately disclose your fitness, experience, and any medical conditions. We may decline or modify participation for safety reasons.
  • Guides have final authority over route, pace, and turn-around decisions. Their instructions exist to keep the group safe and must be followed.

Weather and changes

Patagonian conditions can force route changes, delays, or cancellations. Where safety requires it, we may alter or shorten an itinerary; we will always favour your wellbeing over the published plan.

Cancellations and refunds

Deposit, payment, and cancellation terms are set out in your booking agreement. Travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical evacuation, and gear is required for all expeditions.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, imagery, and branding — belongs to WildFront Expeditions or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WildFront Expeditions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Puerto Natales, Patagonia, Chile.
